Hello,
It is a pleasure to meet you. I am Ryde and this is Horror Hollow, a little space on the internet where the funniest thing happens; tales of horror come to life. I know you may be laughing right now and thinking that there’s no way that there is any truth to this, but I assure you that there is. Allow for me to explain…
I come from a long line of storytellers, not just people who make up tales to share, but people who have the ability to weave magic into their stories. This isn’t magic like you see in popular movies and television shows, but rather, magic that is bound to the stream of consciousness that we all share. This magic makes the tales that my ancestors and I tell come to life in the minds of the readers. After all, the world is just perception.
I must warn you to not underestimate the power of this magic. Just because it isn’t empirically provable doesn’t mean it isn’t real. The mind controls all of what we see, hear, smell, taste, and feel and the magic that I possess affects the mind, therefore, the magic I possess also affects all that the mind has control over.
So if you are an eager soul that dares to read my tales then be ready to experience them like you have never experienced any story before. For once you start reading, you may see that the tale comes to life before your very eyes.
I wish you much bravery as you embark on your journey into Horror Hollow and may you make it out without being trapped here like some have before. Because sometime separating fiction from reality is harder than you may think.
